We are located in Buffalo Heights at 3342 Ponca Path.
The studio shed is on the right side of our home, down the red Kaleche driveway.

Please park to the right side where there are 4-5 designated parking spots and try to avoid parking on the street whenever possible.

You will receive your door code via text message 15 minutes before your rental begins.

To unlock:
Press the “Yale” button.
Enter your code.
Press the “checkmark” button to confirm.

To lock when leaving:
Press the “Yale” button.

Please ensure the handle lock is not engaged — it’s a small button near the indoor handle. This must remain unlocked for the keypad to work for the next renter.

The motorized backdrop remote is located on the wall by the main door. Make sure the black remote is powered on and set to channel 06 before use. Before lowering a backdrop, check that the floor is clear of any rocks, dirt, or debris that could puncture or tear the seamless paper. To lower your desired color, press the down arrow on the remote and use the provided blue painter’s tape to secure the paper to the floor if needed. When raising the paper, press the up arrow and pause halfway to gently pull down on the paper by hand to tighten it, then continue raising it all the way up—this helps prevent slack that could cause the paper to catch or wrinkle. After use, return the remote to the basket by the main door. Please do not cut the paper unless you have paid the $20 damage fee. If you believe the paper needs to be cut before use, text Chelsea at (214) 233-6835.with a photo of the damaged area for approval before cutting. Do not attempt to change or remove the backdrop rolls. If you need assistance, contact Chelsea at (214) 233-6835.

Prep and cleanup time are included in your reservation, so please be sure to book enough time to fully clean up before your session ends. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. A broom and mini vacuum are available for your use. Please remember that Studio Haven is not an event space—if you plan to have more than 10 people in your party, you must first inquire with Chelsea at chelsea@havencollectiveco.net.
