No refunds or cancellations are allowed.

There is a maximum of 2 reschedules per booking.

Renters may reschedule once at no charge. Additional reschedules are $25 each and must be scheduled within 30 days of the original booking.

These policies help ensure that prime dates and times remain available for renters who are serious about their bookings and protect availability for others.
